Thermostatic control and safety thermostat with manual restart. Temperature regulation from 50? C to 270?C. Pilot light and temperature indicator light. Smooth satin finish steel plate occupying the entire worktop surface with flush splashguard. Slightly inclined cooking surface with a large hole to allow drainage of liquid into an appropriate waste container.
