Information we collect
When you place an order, we may collect your name, phone number, optional email, city, address, notes, cart and order details. We also record technical information such as browser type, referring page, network address and available advertising campaign identifiers.
How we use information
We use this information to confirm stock, delivery and payment, fulfil the order, contact the customer, provide support and security, and measure store and campaign performance. We do not sell customer contact data.
Cookies and local storage
The store uses an essential session cookie to retain the cart and secure checkout. A visitor identifier and advertising attribution identifiers may be retained in browser local storage so an order is not separated from its source.
External services
When enabled in the admin panel, measurement events may be sent to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. Securely hashed purchase data may be used to improve measurement accuracy. These connections do not operate until platform settings are added. Necessary order information may also be shared with the payment provider chosen by the customer once payment gateways are enabled.
Retention, security and your rights
We retain information as needed to service orders and meet accounting, legal and security requirements. The website uses HTTPS. You may request access, correction or deletion of data that we are not legally required to keep by emailing the address on our contact page.
